Merchav Batavor is committed to providing equal service to everyone, including people with disabilities, and works to make its website accessible in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard 5568, based on the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA.

This statement covers the website of Merchav Batavor: the clinic rental pages, the contact form and this page.

Accessibility features

• A fixed accessibility menu (the round button in the corner of the screen) for larger or smaller text, high contrast, grayscale, highlighted links and stopping animations. Your choices are saved in the browser.
• Pinch zoom is not blocked on mobile devices.
• A "Skip to main content" link at the top of the page.
• Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator.
• When a page shows a background video, a button stops it. If your device asks for reduced motion, the video starts stopped.
• A proper heading structure and page landmarks for screen readers.
• Labelled form fields, and error messages announced automatically.
• Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for regular text.
• The pages work on desktop, tablet and mobile.

Accessibility of the premises

The complex is at 16 HaTavor St., Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv, on the basement floor. It is not accessible to people with mobility disabilities.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible, or an accessibility issue may follow an update. The embedded map and videos come from Google and YouTube, and their accessibility depends on them. We keep improving and welcome every report.
